I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that are personalized for each person’s individual needs. I work with children of all ages, both male and female as well as adults. When working with me, my clients will encounter a non-judgmental and caring environment that promotes growth and empowerment. I use an individualized approach to meet clients’ specific needs, incorporating research-based strategies that draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. With this approach, I aim to create a comfortable and safe environment where you can explore your unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings without judgment.
