Individual, Couple & Family Therapy
I am a clinical social worker who is optimistic, hopeful, and passionate about helping young children, adolescents and their families through challenging times. I have been practicing for over 10 years in school and clinical settings working with children and adolescents with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral problems. I employ cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapeutic modalities to work with my clients on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, social-skills, relationships, ADHD, autism and parenting.
I employ an eclectic approach incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral and Trauma-focused interventions. Additionally, I use family systems approach to help coach parents to be the best parents they can be. I create behavioral plans for children and teens who have behavioral challenges at home and at school, and help parents implement them in a consistent and kind manner.
My Ideal Client
Children/adolescents ages 4-18 with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Parent coaching for parents of school aged children.
