Symptoms can be decreased by developing new skills! Interventions include drawing on research regarding the effectiveness of mindfulness strategies.
My Ideal Clients
I work with teens, adults and overwhelmed service professionals such as medical staff, teachers and therapists. I enjoy working with others who are motivated and open to feedback from a positive psychology perspective.

I am inspired by nature and by all compassionate healers, like present day therapists Byron Katie and Brene Brown.
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 4pm – 9pm
Rate: $170 per session
Insurance: BCBS. BCN
I am active in my community via volunteer work with the Red Cross, local beach cleanups and environmental causes, and theatre/film festivals.
